JUDGMENT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL
The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) that was constituted for the determination of the presidential election petitions by aggrieved parties delivered its judgment on the 6th day of September, 2023. Several petitions were presented to the PEPT challenging the emergence of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Bola Amend Tinubu in the February 25, 2023 presidential election that was held nationwide.
